Dr Willy muranga former chief Justice has commented on the miguna miguna saga with the following statement.
A Twitter user by the name jerotich seii twittered the following to the former chief Justice.
"#BringMigunaHome I blame the Executive for @MigunaMiguna 's delayed return to his HOME, Kenya. The same Executive, via Matiang'i and Kihalang'wa conspired to illegally expel him from Kenya & deface his passport. The COK is clear. MM is Kenyan. He WILL return home. "
Which the former chief Justice, Dr Willy mutunga replied.
"Kenyans in the diaspora who campaigned consistently for the enactment of Article 16 (through memoranda to all Commissions and COE) of COK must be very disappointed with GOK’s action on Miguna...and those within who have dual citizenship have cause to worry"
Kenyans on Twitter quickly told him off because he did nothing when he was chief Justice.
