DCI recover 770 Million in cash at bed of top politicians PA

Sleuth from the DCI office mounted a sting operation at the home of a personal assistant of a top Jubilee politician and found loads of money in both local and foreign currency that totaled Kshs.770Million. The amounts are suspected to be proceeds of corruption.
Well, before the sting operation, President Uhuru was reported to have received a confidential report that was prepared by NIS and in it it had detailed the source of funds held by the politicians and that it was largely kept by the aide. The report was elaborate with revelations that the house of the aide has a bunker that is full of money
Upon going through the report, the president is said to have ordered for a sting operation and when the findings were given to him the president is alleged to have banged tables and promised to give further orders after his tour of USA and China. The president was mad that the people he trusted with running the government were core in perpetuating corruption.
“President Kenyatta is disappointed and feels betrayed by his close lieutenants, senior people are implicated in the dossier,” a source privy to the dossier’s details told the Sunday Standard.
On Friday, two separate meetings were held between the President and top security bosses at State House and Harambee House where issues relating to the anti-graft purge were thrashed. Later that night, the President left the country for US.
Through his pronouncements and those of his allies, the President appears keen to brand the war on corruption one of his defining legacies alongside Building Bridges Initiative and the Big 4 Agenda of Manufacturing, Food Security, Universal Health Care and Affordable Housing.
A number of Cabinet Secretaries have been implicated in corruption cases or have failed to tame graft under their dockets. It is understood that the president was astounded by the intelligence on the veracity of the graft cases touching on those close to him. A fortnight ago, President Kenyatta set the tone for a ruthless purge when he retreated to the Coast, shook off friends and allowed the wheel of justice grind victims. Gideon Moi political star is not great as compared to other seasoned politicians.
Gideon Moi will find it very hard to convince other political players like mudavadi,kalonzo or even Alfred mutual to deputize them. All of them have a greater political star and influence than Gideon.

5. Development
Apart from being a son of former president, Gideon moi is not known for any development activity in the country.
In fact he is known for nothing except for Being Presidents son.
On the other hand Ruto is doing great in terms of development.

Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho has left the country again amid speculations of his whereabouts in the recent past.
Joho travelled to Spain to seek funding for a desalination plant in Mombasa.
He initiated the process to build the plant in Mombasa and has promised residents that water shortage will be a thing of past.
In a statement, Joho’s spokesman, Richard Chacha, shared the Governor’s dream saying the County boss intends to build two plants - one in Likoni and another in Shimo La Tewa.
“During his visit, Joho will meet Spanish Government officials and water desalination experts,” Chacha said.
Water Cabinet Secretary, Simon Chelugat, had dismissed Joho’s idea to build a water desalination plant.
He says that it is too expensive even for the national Government forcing the Governor to go directly to the donors.

John has not been in the country for over 2 months now and kenyans are concerned about his whereabouts, his spokesman man has confirmed that Jojo is not in the country and that he is in Spain allegations which have not been proved in picture.

Kalonzo musyoka is set to make major announcement on Monday after all major NASA principals abandon him.

Miguna Miguna lost his kenyan citizenship by acquiring a canadian citizenship and the fact that he claims that he was born in Kenya does not help him according to our constitution.
In order for him to have dual citizenship he must reapply to be Kenyan.

I am at the passenger waiting area at the Dubai International Airport. I have gone through basic tests which have confirmed that I was forcefully placed aboard EK722 Emirates Airline flight from Nairobi to Dubai that arrived this morning.
About 50 heavily armed thugs led by the uniformed Somali policeman who had commanded them on Monday, violently broke into the toilet I had been detained incommunicado in at the Jomo Kenyatta Airport, didn’t identify themselves, wrestled me to the ground, held onto and sat on me as a group of four different thugs injected substances to both my soles, arms, hands, both sides of my ribs and basically all over my body until I passed out.
Today, at around 5:25am, after the Emirates had landed and passengers were disembarking, I regained consciousness and asked a person seated next to me who also appeared like a flying squad officer, “where are we?” He told me that we were in Dubai.
Three burley men dressed in Air Emirates yellow reflector jackets approached me and rudely demanded that I disembark from the plane. The most obnoxious one introduced himself as “Njihia”, he claimed that a bunch of loose papers he held in his hands were my “documents.”
I explained to him that I wouldn’t go anywhere with him; that he didn’t have my valid Kenyan passport and that he is a criminal who had not only abducted, drugged and forcefully removed me from Kenya against my will and in violation of numerous court orders.
I told the Air Emirates crew that flying an unconscious and drugged man like me from Kenya to Dubai without any documents was a criminal act.
Despite their desperate attempts to force me to the police station and/immigration department at Dubai, I refused and demanded to see a medical doctor.
After much wrangling, I was granted access to a doctor who conducted basic medical tests and confirmed my story. Additional toxicology tests would require exiting the airport, which I can only do with my valid Kenyan passport - a document the despots illegality confiscated and destroyed in violation of Justice Kimaru’s order.
I have severe pain on the left side of my chest, my left wrist, my right elbow and my feet. I believe that the despots must have injected me with noxious substances.
Anyway, I have made it crystal clear to the United Arab Emirates immigration authorities that I cannot and will not fly anywhere with them except to Kenya.
I have refused to leave the international section of the airport.
I will and must return to Kenya as a Kenyan citizen by birth as various courts have ordered.
The Honourable Justice Odunga issued an order on March 28th that convicted Matiang’i, Kihalangwa and Boinett among others of criminal contempt and ordered that they appear before that court for sentencing today at 10:00am. Justice Odunga also ordered that I be released unconditionally and to attend court today at 10:00am.
I had planned to give a victim impact statement during Matiang’i’s, Kihalangwa’s and Boinett’s sentencing by Justice Odunga. I hope that I will be given a chance to do so soonest.
I am innocent man. My only crimes are that I swore Raila Odinga in as The People’s President on January 30, 2018; I head the National Revolutionary Movement (NRM) in order to bring electoral justice, end bad governance and accountability in governance and we are determined to remove the despots from their illegitimate positions of power!
As I return to Kenya either today or tomorrow, I strongly encourage all patriotic Kenyans to remain firm, focused and fearless in the face of an outlaw, authoritarian and illegitimate regime of Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto.
The despots must fall.

Maraga has issued statement about the showdown between the government and opposition with Miguna Miguna being in the center of it.
The court through its various justices had requested for miguna miguna to bex produced before court of law yesterday and today but the executive disregarded the orders.

Miguna silently handed over his Canadian passport to a certain gentleman, who proceeded to exit JKIA unnoticed. Miguna only remained with his ID in possession. He knew what will follow next.
First, all international flights can't allow a passenger to board without a proper traveling document - Passport and a visa (countries requiring one like Dubai where he was to be deported).
Secondly, it's against the travel rules for any plane to have on board a passenger who is not willing to fly. The plane must offload the passenger.
Basing on those facts, there was no way Emirates would allow Miguna on board. Since the passenger (Miguna) had no passport nor was willing to travel.
Miguna beat immigration officials at their own game. Miguna is still at JKIA.
He will remain in JKIA even for a longer time unless he produces his canadian passport which he does not have.
Miguna Miguna will not fly outside Kenya without proper travel documents and will not enter into the country without his Canadian passport.

Breaking: Senator wetangula removed as senate minority leader

Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula has been removed as Senate minority leader following a meeting by ODM senators.
Wetangula survived an ouster motion last week after Speaker Ken Lusaka temporarily suspended the action, ruling that he needed official communication from the NASA coalition’s chief executive officer.
Reports indicate that leaders allied to Ford Kenya are currently holed up in a meeting to deliberate on the way forward.
The Ford Kenya leader is set to be replaced by Siaya Senator James Orengo who will be deputised by Kakamega senator Cleophas Malala.
On Friday, NASA leader Raila Odinga on Friday distanced himself from the Wetangula's removal, downplaying it as in-house wrangles.
Addressing a crowd at Oyugis Town in Homa Bay County, he stated that it was purely a Senate affair adding that he had nothing to do with the plans to oust the NASA co-prinipal.
"In a house with many wives, jealousy is inevitable. For instance, what happened to Wetangula in Senate is a very small thing," he stated, with reference to Wetangula's attempted removal last week.

The day Raila realised NASA agenda is dead

Raila Odinga made a daring move by switching positions from opposition to government.
But what pushed Raila Odinga move?

Odinga had hoped that by boycotting election it will be illegitimate and the international community will move and force the government to hold credible within 6 months.

But move by international community to say that elections were credible dented raila Odinga hopes and he formed the national resistance movement which could have caused economical sabotage forcing government to form national unity government, this failed terribly because other NASA principals who survive on business were against the idea.

This failed also since all the other 3 NASA principals were against it and they boycotted the Event all together.

Hon Paul abuer who is Ringo member of parliament has revealed Raila Odinga 2022 game plan.
He has revealed that Raila Odinga an enigma of Kenyan politics will be on ballot on 2022 and that mou between wiper an ODM ended when Kalonzo musyoka failed to show up when Raila Odinga needed him the most.

National Super Alliance (NASA) Chief leader Raila Odinga’s Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) has warned three co-principals to forget about talks with President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Siaya Senator James Orengo in reference to Kalonzo pleas to meet the Head of State told NASA co-principals Kalonzo Musyoka, Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetang’ula that the new found truce is an exclusive affair between the President and Raila.

“Please, let no one try going in there. We want the two leaders to talk among themselves. We want to give them ample space without any interference,” Orengo said.

This comes at time when a section of lawmakers allied to Mudavadi’s Amani National Congress (ANC) were threatening to kick out Raila from the opposition coalition for abandoning the them. They asked the three co-principals to identify a new leader and keep the opposition active going forward with their agenda.

Apparently the the Siaya Senator who was speaking at the burial of Mr Laban Ohito, an uncle to former Standard Digital editor David Ohito, said the three leaders disappointed Raila at the hour of need on January 30th he was quoted by a local media outlet.

Orengo maintained that only Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga should talk amongst themselves and other NASA leaders should wait for final outcome.

Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) chairman, John Mbadi, has warned NASA co- principals, Musalia Mudavadi, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula, against frustrating President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga while they are trying to unite the country.
Mbadi said the opposition is willing to support Jubilee's Big Four agenda as they push for electoral reforms.
Mbadi, who is also the Minority Leader in Parliament, spoke on Wednesday when he moved a motion to support the Uhuru- Raila peace talks.
"We are not ready to take blackmail.”
“We committed to this course and no amount of blackmail will get us off the track," Mbadi said.
He claimed that ANC, Wiper and Ford Kenya are always attacking ODM for no reasons.
"ODM is a party with no apologies once we make decisions.”
“When Raila speaks all of us have spoken.”
“ODM has decided it will not take any unnecessary blackmail from now,” said Mbadi.
Already, Kalonzo, Wetangula and Mudavadi have written to President Uhuru Kenyatta requesting for talks which according to Mbadi is one way of frustrating dialogue between Raila and Uhuru.

Raila and other NASA principals issue statement after crisis meeting

NASA principals on Monday evening issued a statement after a crisis meeting meant to address the coalition leader's talks with President Uhuru Kenyatta.

The leaders declined to take questions from journalists but only released a brief statement where they stated that Odinga had briefed them on their meeting with President Kenyatta.

The statement read by ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi noted that the NASA principals were in support of structured talks with the Jubilee government.
The crisis meeting came after Odinga met with the head of state without briefing his colleagues in NASA.

The move had caused a public spat between the coalition leaders, with Mudavadi and Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula demanding answers on the situation

Your father was not there, yet you think Raila has betrayed you.
When Raila was first arrested at the house of Oki Ooko Ombaka, he was taken alone. When he was beaten and tortured and humiliated, he was alone. From Naivasha, Hola, Shimo La Tewa, Kamiti, Manyani, he was alone. He gave his life for this. We have made strides. We have found our voices. Because he stood up when your entire clans chose cowardice. There is no contract you have with Raila that he must die for you. There is no law stipulating that a 73 year old man will give his life for you 30 year old able bodied clowns! And Raila has not stopped you forming your party and taking us to that Canaan of yours!
