According to the Kenyan constitution, a person who loses his citizenship by acquiring citizenship of another country is entitled to reapplication which miguna miguna should have done..
Miguna Miguna lost his kenyan citizenship by acquiring a canadian citizenship and the fact that he claims that he was born in Kenya does not help him according to our constitution.
In order for him to have dual citizenship he must reapply to be Kenyan.
