Breaking news:This is the new Auc chair

Moussa Faki Mahamat of Chad was elected the new AUC chair after 7 rounds
According to Wikipedia this is his biography

Moussa Faki Mahamat (born June 21, 1960) is a Chadian politician who was
Prime Minister of Chad from June 24, 2003 to February 4, 2005. Faki, a member of the ruling Patriotic Salvation Movement (MPS), [1] belongs to the Zaghawa ethnic group, the same group as President Idriss Déby .
[2] He was President of the Economic, Social, and Cultural Council from 2007 to 2008, and since April 2008 he has been Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Biography
Faki was born in the town of Biltine in eastern Chad. He attended university in Brazzaville in the Republic of the Congo , where he studied law . He went into exile when Hissein Habré took power on June 7, 1982 and joined the Democratic Revolutionary Council headed by Acheikh Ibn Oumar; however, he did not return to Chad when Acheikh joined with Habré in 1988. He eventually returned on June 7, 1991, after Déby took power. He was director-general of two ministries before serving as the Director-General of the National Sugar Company (SONASUT) [1] between 1996 and 1999. [ citation needed]
Subsequently, he served as Director of President Déby's Cabinet from March 1999 to July 2002, and he was Déby's campaign director for the May 2001 presidential election .[1][3] Faki was then appointed as Minister of Public Works and Transport in the government of Prime Minister Haroun Kabadi, which was named on June 12, 2002. [4] After a year in that post, he was appointed as Prime Minister by Déby on June 24, 2003, replacing Kabadi. The appointment of Faki was unusual because, with Faki being a northerner, it meant that both the President and Prime Minister would be from the north; typically the post of Prime Minister was given to a southerner in order to balance the fact that the Presidency was held by Déby, a northerner. [5] Faki resigned in early February 2005 amidst a civil service strike and a rumored quarrel with Déby. [2]
Faki was nominated as a member of the Economic, Social and Cultural Council on January 19, 2007, [6] and was then elected as the Council's President in mid-February 2007. [7] In the government of Prime Minister
Youssouf Saleh Abbas, which was announced on April 23, 2008, he was appointed as Minister of Foreign Affairs. [8][9]

AFRICAN LIVES MATTER ALSO

I have been watching the international media and most media houses and I have realised they don't give priority to African lives.

Today 115 south Sudanese soldiers died but it's not given any priority in terms of reporting as compare d to the 5 white soldiers who died in the USA.

The death of the 5 soldiers received world wide media coverage and big medo houses covered it as breaking news all day.The death of the Sudanese soldiers has not received coverage even by African media houses.

We have witnessed many Africans killed by terrorists but their predicament does not receive enough attention like other terrorists activities in other continents.

Does African lives matter? Yes it does.We need to be our own media houses and report our stories.

Today 115 Sudanese soldiers died but it does not receive any media attention.
Pass this to your Friends.we are our own media.

Kenya Kick starts construction of the Tallest building in Africa

Kenya Kick starts construction of the Tallest building in Africa.

Kenya having been the leading country in both infrastructure and economic development, is now gearing on towards building a building that will be indeed the tallest in Africa.

The hass tower has been earmarked to be situated in Nairobi’s Upperhill region.

This means it will rival the current tallest building in the continent that is located in Johannesburg.

The already unveiled construction has made strides with excavation that has been ongoing having making a thousand steps.

Hass towers will be 66 floors tall and will have no rival since Carlton centre situated in South Africa is 55 storey building. The project is owned by Archgroup alongside Meinhardt Group.
