Moses kuria explains how the executive can be restructured to accommodate opposition

After the powerful handshake by Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta, .moses kuria has explained that there is need to restructure the executive to accommodate all tribes in Kenya.
Here is what he shared

The most immediate benefit of the detente between President Uhuru Kenyatta and Hon Raila Odinga is that we can now sit down and agree on the constitutional and legal changes to fix some of our most malignant problems. The top most issue is structural reform of the executive to achieve inclusion. The current structure makes some people feel they have no hope of being a central cog in government. I have advocated here before that this needs to change. It is untenable. And now we have an opportunity to change this without partisan acrimony. I call upon Musalia Mudavadi, Kalonzo Musyoka and Moses Wetangula to join Uhuru Kenyatta, William Ruto, Raila Odinga and 45 Million Kenyans in this endeavour. This will ensure that 2022 is just another election not a matter of life and death

According to jubilee digital strategist Dennis itumbi
SUPREME COURT
There are three cases, let me call your attention this morning to one filed by an organization called IDG
They have sued
1. Raila Odinga
2. Musalia Mudavadi
3. James Orengo
4. Moses Wetangula
5. Kalonzo Musyoka
The Organization through lawyer Kioko Kilukumi want the court to the find the accused guilty of Electoral offences then declare them UNFIT to hold Public Office
The Five have declined to respond and instead have filed a PO. A Preliminary Objection
Citing various authorities and jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, they want the case thrown out.
Now that is a case you need to watch. If the Supreme Court declines the invite to strike it out - we will have a dramatic case
If they do - The Nasa arguments against staff at IEBC - based on the September 1,2017 ruling will be buried on their own sword

It shows clear that the NASA leaders have a case to answer and if found guilty might be locked out forever in contesting or Holding any public offices
