Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko on Wednesday night surprised many when he nominated troubled NRM general
Miguna Miguna to be his deputy.
The governor went ahead to justify why he wanted the vocal advocate to be second in command saying he is a legitimate Kenyan and has what it takes to take the county to the next level.
"The nominee meets all the requirements provided for in the constitution, the leadership and integrity act, election act and the county government act," stated the governor.
Miguna miguna meets all the requirements and although the government says he is not kenyan.
You cannot lose your kenyan citizenship if you were born in Kenya.
Miguna miguna is yet to accept the nomination but it is understood he is in Wide consultation with his Family and lawyers.
The general will issue statement to the public after the consultation.
