Sonko who was speaking to KTN TV, he admitted that after a scuffle with a Mombasa business man who attacked him with a panga, sonko said he could have shot him if he had a gun.
Speaking during an interview on KTN, Mr. Sonko claimed that Joseph Lenguris, the landlord of a disputed 3.5 acre, hired goons who ambushed him with a panga on Friday, January 12, 2018, at 2 am.

The land in question is in dispute between Governor sonko cousin according to media reports and the man by the name Joseph lenguru.
