Embakasi East MP Babu Owino has been arrested and is being held at Parklands police station. Charge is unknown.
Babu is believed to have been inciting Nairobi university students to strike after Helb money delayed to reflect In their accounts.
Over the past few weeks babu owino has been posting on social media urging the students to riot until helb money reflects in their accounts.
Babu owino, is known to be a very cunning politician and this is the 3rd time he has been arrested over the past 6 months.
