Gideon Moi was not in his home in kabarak county today when his Excellency deputy president William Ruto was visiting former president Daniel Moi.
HE William Samoei Ruto visited Mzee Moi at kabarak home today only to be told Mzee had an appointment with his doctors and they are welcomed some other time. Gideon Moi's excuse is that he was busy with senatorial issues at Nairobi and that he had no time for HE William Ruto and the entourage.
This is an insult to the Kalenjin Nation, no one should ever block anyone from checking on you or your parents , even your enemies are allowed and especially when the purpose of the meeting was on reconciliation.
We can happily accept that Deputy President accepted to seek reconciliation and forgiveness with Mzee. Gideon Moi became the stumbling block to that reconciliation and now the blame is squarely on Mzee Moi's handlers.
