Miguna Miguna will be deported back to Canada.
Miguna Miguna is set to be deported back to Dubai where he boarded a plane to Kenya.
He is being deported as undocumented immigrants as he failed to surrender his Canadian passport.
International laws require passengers to have passport which have been verified which Miguna Miguna does not have.
He has been offered to be given a six month visa which could have limited his movement and involvement in political activities.
He has also maintained that he will continue being involved in national resistance movement activities which means that it will be hard for him to be given entry to the country
