But Ruto left the country for India in December 24, he left with his family to enjoy themselves after a long political period.
Ruto and Uhuru Kenyatta campaigned more than any other presidential candidate in Kenyan history considering they are still young and energetic.
He will be back soon in time for naming of new cabinet.
