Raila odinga and wiper leader kalonzo plan to be sworn in as president and deputy president.
They will be sworn in as peoples president so they will not have real power.
They will not be charged for treason because Kenya will still have a sitting president.
Odinga and kalonzo will not have military backing so they will just be like any other common mwananchi.
But they might be charged with sedition.

Sedition is overt conduct, such as speech and organization, that tends toward insurrection against the established order. Sedition often includes subversion of a constitution and incitement of discontention (or resistance) to lawful authority.
Raila odinga and kalonzo musyoka plan to force a constitutional crisis and force the government to talks which amounts to sedition.
Civil disobedience and economic boycott all are part of sedition which Raila might be charged for.
Sedition attracts a jail term.
While penalty for treason is death according to the constitution.
