Technocrats will handle sensitive ministries like health and it.
Politician will hold positions in ministries like sports, environment, gender e.t.c.
It is reported that Uhuru and Ruto will divide the appointments equally with uhuru naming 11 and ruto naming 11 people.
Each of them will name 6 politicians and 5 technocrats.
