Raila odinga has now claimed that he will take on IEBC for illegalities during August 8 poll.
Odinga has said that chiloba and chebukati must be charged for electoral injustices.
Through NASA CEO Norman Mogaya Raila has issued statement that he will will be opening private prosecutions against chiloba and chebukati.
Here is what he said.
“The DPP ordered investigations be done within 21 days. Those 21 days expired a long time ago, demonstrating that Tobiko was engaging in public relations theatrics “We planned that if no action is taken, we will undertake private prosecutions this year. These are cases we will pick up from this January. We already have charges, evidence and everything are lined up. We will move swiftly,” he stated in an interview with The Star.
Chiloba has maintained that Raila used him as a scape goat in previous elections and Sad that august 8 poll was one of the best conducted elections in Kenyan history.
Raila will try to get both chiloba and chebukati out of office to settle scores.
