James Orengo who is representing IEBC and Siaya County Returning Officer Ruth Khulundu in a case filed by form Mp Nicholas Gumbo challenging the Election of Governor Rasanga of Siaya. Orengo claims that IEBC conducted credible elections and there were no illegalities or irregularities.
Orengo is also lawyer to kisumu governor Anyang Nyongo whose election hangs in the balance and will no his fate today.
Orengo praised IEBC conduct of August 8 poll and said there were no illegalities and that all elections law was followed.
