Boni khalwale has hit out at those planning on swearing in Raila odinga.
Through a twitter post khalwale said the plans are increasingly becoming a joke after Raila ,the main opposition leader seems to be making the thing more informal just like besigye from Uganda.

"personally believed that swearing in Raila Odinga was a serious, formal & dignified solemn national issue, complete with constitutional & legal protocol. Now with these senators purporting to conduct the exercise in Kakamega, Kenyans must be forgiven if they take us for jokers", Khalwale warned.
He said after senators in kakamega attempted to swear in Raila odinga yesterday.
The senators were seen with a bible trying to swear in the NASA principal this move angered Khalwale who said the swearing in plans must be taken with utmost seriousness it deserves..
