Ngunyi has sad that chief justice maraga is deeply involved in tommorows planned swearing in ceremony of Raila odinga.
According to mutahi ngunyi, chief justice maraga is eagerly waiting to be caretaker President after Raila odinga is sworn in tommorow.
Maraga last week said he has no power to control judges from swearing in Raila odinga as president.
In the analysis, Ngunyi alleges that Maraga gave Magistrates and Judges a go-ahead to preside over the oath taking ceremony for Raila when ,he denied authoring a letter cautioning Judges from engaging in the swearing-in event.

According to ngunyi the swearing in plans have been going on for as long as he can remember and it all started when maraga nullified Uhuru Kenyatta win after the August 8 elections.
Ngunyi said maraga is part of a wide scheme by NASA to overthrow the government and Raila should be stopped from taking oath of office tommorow.
