Matiangi has ordered arrest of 4 NASA legislators.
The 4 are memebers of county assembly in bungoma county.
They jnclude.Luke Opwora, Aggrey Mulongo, Elvis Abuka and Stephen Wafula - stormed the school when students were in class. They ejected Mr Maina, then locked the principal’s doors with padlocks.
Matiangi has said acts of impunity like those will not be tolerated and has ordered immediate arrest and prosecution of the 4 NASA members of county assembly.
"I want to tell you the regional coordinators of Western to look for those guys who stormed Kamusinga High School even if it is under their beds, arrest them and take them to court. Let the judge read the law for them,” he said.
Matiangi is one of the most performing cabinet Secretaries ever and has Been retained in the interior ministry.
