Keriokor tobiko resigned from his position last week after it emerged that he was going to be nominated to the cabinet.
Uhuru Kenyatta accepted his resignation and later nominated him to cabinet awaiting vetting.
His replacement has been revealed. Mrs Dorcas Oduor will take over in acting capacity until A replacement is named after vetting.
Mrs Oduor will now take charge at the helm of the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions until a substantive successor to the immediate former DPP Keriako Tobiko is appointed.
She was tobikos deputy when he was at the helm of director of public prosecutions.
