He is receiving special treatment in a German hospital.

Kennedy musyoka is one of those listed for nominaton as member of parliament for EALA.
Duale stated that Jubilee had resolved to defend Wiper after it was denied a chance to have a nominee in the powerful Parliamentary Service Commission (PSC).
