Martha karua quickly moved to kirinyaga law courts to petition the overwhelmingly win by current kirinyaga Governor Anne waiguru immediately after august 8 poll.
Karua wanted all the election conducted nullified and new elections held By law.
But it was nullified Last year after kirinyaga found it hold no grounds.
Today the same Court upheld the election of Anne waiguru and here is the reason they gave..
Justice lucy Gitari has dismissed Martha Karuas petition against Waiguru terming it hopeless, defective and inefective.
