Ekuru Aukot will vie in the upcoming presidential poll after high court cleared him to participate in the poll.
Earlier IEBC had said that only Raila Odinga and uhuru Kenyatta will be allowed to vie.
In his statement the judge said
"I still find nothing to bar the contestant from the fresh election...Since 60 days is not enough for nominations, then those who participated in the nullified poll should qualify to run,"

This comes after Raila Odin withdrew from race yesterday which put the country in a constitutional crisis.
The decision by high Court might mean that elections might be held without Raila Odinga who withdrew from the race, meaning it his his constitutional right.
