In this iebc data we will be analyzing Central,riftvalley,upper eastern and Nairobi.
Here are the numbers of the 4 provinces
Riftvalley-4.6 million
Central -3 million
Upper eastern -1.2 million
Nairobi -1.2 million because jubilee and NASA will split the 2.5 million from Nairobi.
Assuming 100% turnout in the 4 provinces jubilee will get 10 million votes.
Adding votes they will pick from other counties and other battle ground provinces jubilee might end up getting up to 12.5 million votes.
