Raila Odinga wants all voters to be identified biometrically
Speaking to the media raila said he will only accept results if all voters are identified before voting.
“If the EVIDS [electronic voter identification devices] function properly that will eliminate the possibility of ghost voters and dead voters resurrecting, voting and then going back to their graves ... If we can get assurance from IEBC that is not going to be the case and that nobody is going to vote unless they are identified biometrically, then we will accept the results,” Raila was quoted saying by the star.
Raila also said he will not accept presidential results printed by alqurahi firm.
Jubilee have asked iebc to give any firm the printing rights because they are ready but raila seems to be taking all efforts backwards by demanding specific firms to print and others not to print.
