ODM superman Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho on Thursday had a hard time addressing a hostile crowd in Jomvu where he was launching a new project. The governor was forced to cut speech short and nearly chased after chanting from rival groups. One camp supported Jomvu Ward Representative Karisa Nzai while the other supported the incumbent Jomvu MP Badi Twalib.
“This time round, it seems like Jomvu will be hot. Let me finish my speech and you can continue with whatever you are doing,” the governor pleaded with the heckling youths.
However, the crowd would hear none of the pleas as they continued chanting.
“Okay, I will give you time to heckle and when you are done, please tell me know so that I may finish my speech,” he told the youths.
Will this mean sudden change of politics in mombasa ??
