Migori governor Okoth Obado, his PA Michael Oyamo and Caspal Ojwang' plead not guilty; to remain in custody for four more days until their bail application is heard.
Obado bond application will be heard in Friday,12th.
Obado has been in remand since September 27th.
Few days ago he fell I'll in prison and has been recuperating in Kenyatta hospital.
Obado has been complaining of sick health ever since he was imprisoned.
If he continues to be remanded and not realeased on bail he risks losing his governor seat.
