Two cabinet members have been suspended according to reports reaching us.
The members of kiambu cabinet have been suspended by Governor Waititu .
Reports revealed that that the Kiambu Health Executive James Murega and his Trade counterpart Isabela Waiyaki were handed suspension letters for allegedly being perceived as being close to Deputy Governor James Nyoro.
Kiambu Governor Ferdinand waititu and his deputy governor have not been in good terms, James Nyoro has always criticized Waititu kind of leadership saying he was a running the county alone.
Nyoro complained that he was not being involved in county issues .
There fall out was intervened by deputy president Ruto.
After the suspension nyoro issued the following statement.
"“We should be working as a team and what is happening is very sad. We are being led by petty issues,” Nyoro was quoted by a local media house.
Waititu confirmed the sacking saying that the two ministers suspended were not performing as expected .
