William Chepkut was born in 1960, in Katuiyo, Keiyo South. He is a kenyan politician and an aspirant member of parliament for Ainabkoi constituency ,
Uasin Gishu County . He is a member of Jubilee Party.
He is indeed one of the humble members of parliament with how he received our first Lady yesterday.
William chepkut was among delegates who accompanied Raila odinga to Moi house in kabarak early this year.
Here is what this humble mp said after meeting Moi.
"I'm privileged to have shook hands with our former President Daniel Arap Moi and also had a little chat with him during my recent visit at his home, Kabarak Gardens.
