Matiangi has been summoned by the anti corruption body EACC to shade more light on the Ruaraka land saga where millions of tax payer money was lost.
Matiangi was summoned over the land scandal since he was the minister in charge of education when the scandal involving officials from ministry of education and those from ministry of lands .
So far 26 officials have been implicated in the Ruaraka land scandal including swazuri and two commissioners from the ministry of lands.
Matiangi will appear in EACC on Monday to shade more light on the Ruaraka land scandal and help with investigators to hasten arrest and prosecution of those involved In the land saga.
