Popular ODM Governor from Turkana county has issued statement condemning Raila Odinga call for referendum to change the system of Government.
Raila Odinga is planning a tier system of government with regional aheads who governors will be answerable to.
According to Raila Odinga tier government system, 14 powerful regional aheads will be elected.
Turkana Governor nanok has condemned the system saying that it does not represent interest of Kenyans.
The Governor sided with deposit president Ruto Saying that the system should not be implemented now but people should give devolution time to grow first.
He also condemned calls for referendum saying that changing the current government structure is unnecessary.
