Gideon Moi is to blame for the recent failure of meeting between former president Moi and deputy president William Ruto.
Ruto was denied access to meet former president Moi after waiting for close to 2 hours.
The last minute decision to cancel the meeting was blamed on Gideon Moi.

He cannot just randomly visit Moi.
