Raila was today set host Governor Anne Waiguru in his office. The governor will be briefing baba on the upcoming Devolution Conference.
Waiguru is the vice chairman of the county of governors and is one of the pillars tasked in delivering the big four agenda which President Uhuru Kenyatta is keen in achieving in order to cement his legacy.
Waiguru was to accompanied by devolution cabinet Secretary Eugene wamalwa in meeting the NASA leader to brief him on devolution.
The meeting did not take place as Raila Odinga is currently in a short holiday in Tanzania where he will spend few days before jetting back.
He will however be the keynote speaker in devolution conference and has accepted the invitation to attend the meeting.
