A petition to remove Fred matiangi has been filed by a north eastern business man by the name muhamud Ahmed.
The business mam say that matiangi has refused to honour court orders and has brazenly overlooked summons to appear in court.
The petioner wants matiangi removed for abuse of office after the miguna miguna saga .
Matiangi yesterday appeared before parliament and said he was not served with court orders and said that he only saw the orders in public television and was not personally served.
Matiangi also argued that the judges were working with civil society and that more than 30 court orders have been issued against government in past few months.
The petioner said that Matiangi is in gross violation of the constitution in the way miguna miguna was deported.

MPs will determine whether matiangi will remain in office by voting.
