Kenyans have been asking questions about whereabouts of Mombasa governor Ali hassan joho when he went out of public limelight for over 2 months now and has been reported to have been out of the country for the past two months with last being spotted in Spain and later Dubai.

The ceremony, which is referred to as the Nikkah, is where Ali Kiba announces his willingness to marry Amina in front of her community.
Joho who is expected to be chief guest in alikiba wedding together with former Tanzania president jakaya kikwete was seen in the initial stages of the wedding.
Alikiba is set to get married soon after staying a bachelor for too long.
It is good news for Mombasa residents after their leader finally showed up in his own county.
