Western Kenya is preparing to host President Uhuru Kenyatta, his deputy William Ruto and Opposition leader Raila Odinga at a meeting of governors in Kakamega town.
The three politicians are scheduled to address the Fifth Annual Devolution Conference to begin on April 23 and could land in Kisumu County before travelling by road to the conference venue.
Raila odinga has been invited as a special guest in the event where governors will be discussing gains in devolution in the country.
Odinga is expected to take uhuru and Ruto In a tour to the nyanza region after the the famous handshake.
They will initiate development projects while at same time preaching unity after a divided nation following the very much divisive politics.
