Babu owino has declared interest in sonu elections now called UNSA after being re-branded by the administration.
Babu owino who has been a student leader for the past 5 years seems to be not getting enough of the Sonu chairman post.
He has been elected 5 times to the seat since 2011.
Owino is currently pursuing a law degree and is almost finishing this means it will be his last stab at the chairmanship of the very lucrative union leadership.
If elected he will be the first person to be elected as student leader and still be a member of parliament.
He lost his MP seat after his opponent successfully petioned and his waiting his appeal in high court before going to a by election if he loses.
He took to popular comrades forum today morning to announce his candidature and has been the talk of the forum ever since with some supporting and others condemning.
