Why Miguna Miguna must recognize the President before entering the country

Miguna Miguna has refused completely to recognize president Uhuru Kenyatta as president.
Miguna Miguna is currently being held in jomo Kenyatta international airport and will be held as long as he does not produce his passport.
According to Kenya constitution any foreign traveller must pledge to recognize the President through their passport.
The passport you use, is clearly written that "in the name of the President of the Republic of Kenya, .....allow the bearer to pass freely without let or hindrance." Miguna's problem is that he doesn't recognise the President. So President government withdrew his travel documents and will not be allowed to the country without his passport.

Miguna Miguna does not want to be given a kenyan passport and his hoping to enter the country with his national identity card which is not possible without his Canadian passport which he has refused to produce.
