The high court today nullified babu election win.
A by election is scheduled to be done within the next 60 days.
Babu owino reelection hangs in the balance as Francis mureithi,although little known is very popular in the region.
Here are the main reasons why babu will lose.
1.Majority of babu owino voters were transported from Nairobi university.
A student at university of Nairobi who voted fit for babu owino has revealed to us that during August 8 election babu owino transported thousands if students from Nairobi university to register as voters in embakasi east.
The students were each paid 1000 to go vote for babu.
In a by election which turn out is always low,babu will not have the chance to transport voters as he did in August 8.
Majority of his voters also have finished school and are in various parts of the country.
2.Jubilee government will be keen to recapture embakasi east seat.
Jubilee will use state machinery in campaigns to ensure that babu who is a fierce critic of the government loses the seat.
Babu owino will have the greatest political battle of his young career and might go down in history as the shortest serving MP ever.
