Cliff ombata Miguna Miguna lawyer has given update about his health and its not good.
Speaking with the media ombata said that Miguna Miguna health has deteriorate under custody but its not serious.
"We spoke to him last night. He is slightly unwell but he is keeping up and we got someone to sneak a phone to him," he was quoted by a local media outlet.
He said that a police officer who is guarding him was a NASA supporter and a sympathizer thus they managed to sneak a phone inside his cell.
"After that, we spoke to him and he told us that the Canadian consulate had gone to see him," he maintained.
Miguna Miguna is currently detained after he failed to produce travel documents to facilitate his reentry to the country.
Miguna Miguna is currently being held in custody despite court order ordering his release.
