USA Secretary of state is expected to visit Kenya soon.
He is expected to jet into the country from Friday this week.
According to the U.S. State Department, Secretary Tillerson will meet with President Uhuru Kenyatta and other government officials in talks set to focus on continued support for the democratic process in Kenya, refugee issues, and press freedom.
He will be in the country for four days and will leave on march 12 having arrived on March 9.
He will tour other countries in the region including Ethiopia and Djibouti
The main agenda will be the foster better relationship between Kenya and USA.
During his trip, Tillerson plans to discuss ways to counter terrorism, advance peace and security, promote good governance, and spur mutually beneficial trade and investment.
