Miguna Miguna was deported to Canada earlier this Month after he participated in what was considered high treason by the Kenyan government.
He was responsible for swear in in Raila Odinga as peoples president.
Odinga swearing in which was done on January 31st was presided over by miguna miguna together with other lawyers.
Miguna Miguna was deported few days later.
But high Court has come to his rescue.
