Babu owino had been embattled in supremacy battle with his closest rival jubilee Francis mureithi.
After recount IEBC today released official results confirming babu owino victory.
Here are the new numbers.
Results AFTER recount: Babu Owino 46813,Francis mureithi 42475.Thank you God. Congratulations to both babu and Francis mureithi.
Mureithi gained 200 votes after getting 42200 in August 8 election while babu owino votes reduced by a small margin.
The rulling will be delivered this Friday.

Mr Francis Mureithi who petitioned my victory as the current Embakasi East MP at the high court has just called to concede defeat ahead of the court ruling scheduled for Friday this week. It's time to serve my people.
Ruling will go either way and babu owino is celebrating early.
