The High Court on Tuesday nullified the election of Marakwet East MP David Kangogo Bowen.
Justice George Kimondo stated that there were massive irregularities in his election and the election was not transparent.
Bowen has been widely considered as one of the rebel MPs in Jubilee Party alongside Nandi legislator Alfred Keter .
He was one if the top rebel group in the jubilee party.
The mp said that he will appeal in high Court.
A by election is scheduled for 60 days from now.
