The court on Wednesday ruled the election of Muthama who won the August 8 election on a Maendeleo Chap Chap Party was marred by irregularities.
Muthama had garnered 11,090 votes against ODM Rishad Amana's 10,950 in the tightly contested race that was marred by irregularities.
This comes as high Court ordered recount for embakasi east and will deliver rulling soon.
