Raila odinga swearing plans have come to a sudden halt after NASA leaders led by moses wetangula and kalonzo musyoka have come to oppose the plans.
Wetangula and kalonzo musyoka who are lawyers knowel very well the implications of being sworn in.
If Raila odinga and his co principal are sworn in,it will amount to high treason which NASA principal kalonzo musyoka is not ready to take the chance.
Before meeting Raila odinga today musyoka called for a meeting in which he invited wetangula and mudavadi. He advised them to oppose the planned swearing in ceremony.
Musyoka convinced wetangula who was always against the swearing in ceremony but mudavadi remained non committal.
Those privy to the meeting said that the NASA principals engaged in an heated debate where Raila maintained that they must be sworn in January 30,while kalonzo and musyoka were against the idea.
Mudavadi remained neutral throughout the meeting.
Barely 3 hours after the meeting in Karen,Raila envoy stormed off the meeting after they failed to come to an amicable agreement.
The NASA principals will hold a series of meetings tomorrow to say the way forward.
