President Uhuru Kenyatta has issued statement to matiangi about improvement in KCSE results after Kenyans witnessed mass failure In recently released KCSE results.
Uhuru Kenyatta issued a directive to ensure that number of failures is reduced.

"Asked the Cabinet Secretary for Education to develop suitable national examination feedback mechanisms to ensure that the chief examiner reports are shared with teachers and other stakeholders so that they act on the areas identified for improvement in the learning processes."
Kenyans witnessed mass failure in recently released KCSE results with only 142 students scoring an A and less than 2500 scoring less A-.
Over 500,000 students scored D+ and below.
