Raila is a COWARD. He will NOT use the OATH prescribed in the CONSTITUTION to swear himself in. Or MAYBE he will.
This means that odinga will not read the presidential oath of office prescribed in office, he might opt to use other means to avoid high treason which is prescribed in the constitution.
Odinga planned swearing is scheduled for January 30 this month.
With NASA now demanding their members of parliament and senate to sign an affidavit to support the process.
Raila odinga today said that after taking oath of office he will run the country from exile,with Tanzania being one of the countries he will most likely seeek exile from.
