Cabinet Secretary, Ministry of Internal Security and Coordination of National Government, Fred Matiangi declared National Resistance Movement (NRM) an organised criminal gang.
In a gazette notice seen by TUKO.co.ke, Matiangi quoted section 22 of the Prevention of Organised Crimes Act, 2010
Matiangi's shocking declaration came hours after NASA leader Raila Odinga took his oath ofoffice in strange turn of events with his co-principals missing.
