Kdf today morning engaged in fierce gun fire with 5 most wanted alshabaab fighters today morning.
According to kdf spokesman,the militants were wanted for an attack on ijara police station last year.
According to KDF spokesman Colonel David Obonyo, the slain militants are believed to be behind the Ijara police station attack.
Mr Obonyo stated that the officers caught up with the terrorists as they tried to get to the Somali border.
