Raila odinga swearing in ceremony is scheduled for Late this month.
This will be the second time Raila has been preparing for his swearing in ceremony after he postponed the one for this year.

Uganda besigye was sworn in as peoples president after museveni won the elections.
Besigye swearing in was not interrupted as he did not have any power.
After being sworn in he went back then his home and continued being a civilian just like everyone else.
The same case applies to Raila after being sworn in he will not have any state power and will not command any armed forces.
He will go back to his Karen or bondo home and continue being a civilian.
Besigye was later arrested and charged with treason.
